Market Alert - Wave Failure, Leverage Off

Unfortunately, this wave did not behave as I would have liked, but that’s the very definition of an 80% probability of success.. two of ten waves are expected to fail and this was one of them. Tomorrow, at the market open, the algorithm will switch from the leveraged portfolio to the unleveraged bullish portfolio that tracks the indexes. The impact wasn’t too bad; the research portfolio only gave up 1.6 percentage points of alpha gained throughout the year, so things are still looking massively successful for the ROQ research portfolio on an annualized basis.
