ROQ Market Alert: Trough Complete, Pivot Soon

A short market note.. The ROQ signal has reached satisfactorily low levels to call the trough formation substantially complete. There may still be some more movement as the “U” shape takes hold, but we’re pretty much at the lowest point that the Signal can achieve.
